Terms of service

This is information, not betting advice

We do not accept wagers, place wagers, process wagers, or help you place a wager anywhere. No part of this service is a sportsbook, a betting exchange, a lottery, or a real-money game. We do not take deposits, hold balances, or pay out winnings.

Some paid features display publicly available betting-market information — point spreads, totals, how those numbers have moved, and how our own model's projections compare against them. That is published sports information and statistical analysis. It is not advice, a recommendation, a prediction you should rely on, or a suggestion that you bet on anything.

Sports outcomes are uncertain. A model that has been accurate can stop being accurate at any time, and past results never guarantee future results. We publish our model's real record — including where it performs worse than the market — precisely so you are not misled about this. Any decision you make with this information is yours alone, and you bear all of its consequences.

Who may use this

The free broadcast guide is for general audiences. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Because the paid tiers discuss betting-market data, Plus and Pro memberships are intended for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your account to yourself — it is for one person, not a shared or resold login. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to attack the service, or to redistribute our paid data.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Memberships and billing

• Free — the broadcast guide, at no cost, with no account required.
• Plus — $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
• Pro — $12.99 per month or $129.99 per year.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, until you cancel. You are charged through whichever platform you subscribed on: Apple, Google, or our web billing provider.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time in the same place you subscribed — your Apple subscription settings, your Google Play subscription settings, or your web billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel first.

Refunds. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded under their policies, not ours, and we cannot issue those refunds. For web purchases, contact us and we will deal with you fairly.

Price changes. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect and you will have the chance to cancel first.

Free trials and promotions, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The terms of each offer will be stated when it is made.

Accuracy, and what we cannot promise

We work hard to get kickoff times, networks and streaming availability right, but this information comes from third-party sources and changes constantly. Games get moved, windows get reassigned, broadcasts get blacked out in some regions, and feeds publish mistakes. Always confirm with the broadcaster before making plans that depend on it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection will prove correct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NOVA Labs Holdings, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from any wager, financial decision, or reliance on information from this service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our content, and what you may do with it

The site, its design, its written analysis, and the NOVA-STARS™ ratings and methodology are owned by NOVA Labs Holdings, LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell, redistribute or sublicense our data, ratings or projections, use them to build a competing product, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal personal use. Team names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, the NCAA, the CFL, ESPN, any conference, school or broadcaster.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or anyone's account; do not interfere with other people's use of it; and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, add or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update this page and its date and say so on the site. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that is your acceptance of it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.

Ending your access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period we are able to refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Tennessee will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek relief in any court with proper jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

Apple and Google

If you obtained our app from Apple or Google, these terms are between you and NOVA Labs Holdings, LLC, not with Apple or Google. They are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it. Their own terms also apply to your use of their platforms and to any purchase you make through them.
