Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, immediately, with no email exchange required. Open your account page, expand Delete my account, and confirm with your password. It removes your account record, frees your email address for reuse, and signs you out on every device.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because only the platform that bills you can do that. If you delete the account without cancelling, billing continues.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel in the same place you subscribed:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android — Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Web — open your account page and use your billing portal.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Restoring a purchase
Subscriptions follow your account, not your device, so signing in on a new phone or browser is usually enough. If paid features do not appear, sign in and use Restore purchases on your account page.
